These terms apply to the Website only. They do not replace any separate written agreement, quotation or proposal for design services.

2. Use of the Website

The Website is provided for general information about our services and to allow you to get in touch with us.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

  • use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or any connected systems
  • introduce viruses or other malicious or harmful material
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content
  • copy, reproduce or redistribute content except as permitted in these terms
  • misuse the contact form, for example by sending spam or misleading information

We may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of the Website without notice.

3. Enquiries and services

Information on the Website, including any descriptions of services, project examples or indicative pricing, is for general guidance only and is not a contractual offer.

Submitting an enquiry through the Website, by email or through social media does not create a contract between us.

Any interior design services we provide will be subject to a separate written agreement, quotation or proposal setting out the scope, fees and terms specific to your project.

If there is any conflict between these Website terms and a signed services agreement, the services agreement will apply to that project.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, images, photographs of our work, drawings, designs, logos and branding — is owned by or licensed to Tracey Andrews Interiors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, adapt, distribute, publish or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Photographs of completed projects may show client homes. Those images are shown with permission and must not be reused elsewhere without our consent and, where relevant, the consent of the photographer and the client.

Nothing on the Website grants you any licence to use our name, logo or project images, except as set out above.

5. Content you send us

If you send us messages, photographs, plans or other materials through the Website or by email, you confirm that you have the right to send them and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You give us permission to use that material for the purpose of considering and responding to your enquiry and, if we work together, for delivering the project. We will only use project photographs for our portfolio, website, social media or press with your permission, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy of content

We take care to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.

Colours, finishes, materials and room sizes shown in images may differ from their real-life appearance because of lighting, screens and photography.

The content is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them.

You may link to the home page of our Website in a fair and legal way that does not damage our reputation or suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement where none exists. You must not frame our Website on another site without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or from reliance on any content on it. This includes loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, and any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

If you are using the Website as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

This section applies to use of the Website only. Liability in relation to design services is dealt with in your separate services agreement.

9. Privacy and cookies

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which explain how we collect and use personal data and how we use cookies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Contact us
