As part of our interior design process and ideas for your home projects, we love to introduce a different ways of obtaining your furniture and products. There is a whole world or originality out there, and you don’t have to be confined to the internet or the high street to find that perfect piece. There is definite euphoria in the interior design world at the moment to up cycle used furniture and to give a new lease of life and meaning. When considering your project, I love to whether planned or unplanned stumble across vintage finds that fit perfectly with your scheme or to personally revamp a much-loved item you already own.

Take a shabby tall boy and give it a new life

Here is an example of one revamp. Take an ordinary brashly painted tall boy and repaint in three layers of furniture paint . We typically use Annie Sloane paints and then finish off with a clear wax.
